Required Qualifications:

• Possess a current driver’s license.
• Possess a valid 14 CFR Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (does not need to be current, but must not have been suspended or revoked).
• Participate in Vendor’s FAA drug and alcohol screening program.
• Must have successfully completed required client-provided training for Ground Support and Visual Observer roles for the client’s Part 135 Operations.
• Maintain operational communications with the client’s Remote Site Lead using client-provided equipment.
• Perform routine aircraft standard practices (as defined in the client’s UAS Maintenance Manual) during GS duty shifts.

Nature of the Job:

• Primarily Ground Support, with minimal Visual Observation (VO), which is expected to be phased out in the near future.
• Participate in periodic client-provided training to maintain relevant skills and knowledge.
• This is NOT a pilot position.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate staffing and resource availability to support uninterrupted FlightOps operations.
• Schedule, manage, and oversee Tier 1 and Tier 2 FlightOps personnel to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor team performance, availability, and operational readiness across assigned locations.
• Coordinate and deliver classroom, eLearning, and field training while maintaining training records.
• Develop and update training materials and provide subject matter expertise for FlightOps programs.
• Conduct practical training, including equipment inspections and flight operation procedures.
• Support operational evaluations, validation testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Notes:

• Training: In-person, must attend 7-day paid training in Dallas for the selected consultants. All resources are required to attend this session. Travel and lodging expenses will be covered.
• Commute: There may be occasions where commuting between client locations is required. All related expenses will be reimbursed and paid per mile.
