Job Duties:

  • Provide user support and system maintenance for Salesforce users as needed
  • Provide analysis based on the business requirements and map these to the capabilities of Salesforce
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards and workflows
  • Create user stories, business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs) and other artifacts
  • Work with project managers and other stakeholders (IT, BI, EDI and SMEs) to develop and document requirements in a clear, accurate and meaningful manner.

Job Requirement:

  • Holds minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Information Technology or related field with 5 years of experience (U.S Equivalent education accepted)
  • Extended Travel/relocation required to unanticipated client locations throughout USA.
