Job Duties:

  • Sound understanding of High Level Business Requirements Gathering, Business Process Flow, System Analysis, Process Modeling and Business Analysis
  • Industry experience in U.S Leading financial/Banking institution and other IT/Telecom industries
  • Expertise in writing Business requirements document, System requirements specifications, Functional requirements document, Project Definition Document, developing UML- Use Cases (High Level, Detail Level), creating mockups, and preparing Training manuals
  • Extensive experience in conducting- Gap, SWOT, Risk, and Cost/Benefit Analysis; Extensive experience in the development of UAT scripts for various project deliverables and PM items for different monthly and quarterly releases
  • Good understanding and proficiency in deploying wide range of projects using different SDLC models- Waterfall, AGILE-SCRUM and RUP; Expertise in MS-Excel, SAS for data mapping, data modeling, Process modeling and generating reports
  • Proficient in MS-Project, Microsoft SharePoint and possess experience in analyzing financial reports and extracting account data coupled with gathering and interpretation of relevant data
  • Full life cycle implementation experience for the ERP System-SAP (Sales & Distribution and Plant Maintenance Module) coupled with marketing strategic management experience
  • Develop and execute queries using SQL for the Oracle Financial module

Job Requirement:

  • Holds minimum Master Degree in Buss Admin/ Comp. Sci. / Info. Tech. or related field (U.S Equivalent education accepted).
  • Extended Travel/relocation required to unanticipated client locations throughout USA.
