Job Description:

Location: Noida (Both Side Cab Provided)
Shift: US Shift (24×7, Primarily Night Shifts)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in International Voice Process (Technical Support)
Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferably Technical Background)

We are hiring Technical Support Executives for a leading US-Based Telecom Project in Noida. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and experience in resolving customer queries over the phone, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound voice calls from US-based customers regarding technical queries.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot internet connectivity, telecom, and networking issues.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for quick and accurate issue resolution.

  • Proactively escalate unresolved cases and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

  • Good knowledge of computer networking and telecom basics.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver results within deadlines.
