Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join their team onsite in Foster City, CA. The ideal candidate will be a local resident with a strong background in Salesforce administration and platform management. This individual will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and improving client’s Salesforce platform to ensure it aligns with business processes and supports operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary system administrator for Salesforce within the organization.

Handle day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the platform.

Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and data validation.

Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and automation.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

Maintain data quality and integrity through regular audits and maintenance.

Support user training and adoption.

Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Proven expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Market cloud, Service Cloud, and platform configuration.

Strong understanding of CRM processes, workflows, data management, and automation tools.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

One or more Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).

Prior experience in high-tech or automotive domains is a plus.

Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Components is a bonus.
