Job Description:

• Manage daily operations of the Personnel performing Tier 1 picking and packing Services (“Tier 1 Pick-Pack team”) and handle escalations from the team
• Ensure the team maintains a clean site and work environment
• Ensure all processes and procedures are followed on-site by the Tier 1 Pick-Pack team
• Ensure failed orders are being reported to the customer support team
• Facilitate partner success by providing support as required to partners on-site
• Scheduling Shifts Exp is a must
• Build sustainable relationships with partners through open communication
• Perform order fulfillment and package loading
• Communicate urgent issues to the Wipro customer-designated site manager and Wipro customer team
• Review stock and inventory management
• Perform quarterly inventory audits
• Train new Tier 1 Pick-Pack team members
• Other duties as needed and agreed upon by the parties
