About the Role

Spino Inc is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Build and nurture strong candidate relationships.

Requirements

• Degree – High School Graduate, Associates or Bachelors in Business Administration, IT, Sales, or related field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite, 5 days a week in Monmouth Junction, NJ.
